Employees from different departments had the task of building a “Rube Goldberg machine” and setting a chain reaction in motion.
Each group built its own module – only by working together and coordinating the interfaces was it possible to transport an object through all modules from start to finish – a team event close to the product with a high fun and motivation factor!
